No Posts Since 2008?

I can't believe I haven't posted to this blog since October 2008...

With all the "Change We Can Believe In" Rhetoric going around, I had my fill of it to the point my stomach hurt!

I really can't believe what is going on in Washington these days. Is this the begining of the end of what we have come to love & cherish; The United States Of America, a capitalist free market nation?

In recent days, it seems like a takeover by a fanatic dictator is imminent.

I am sorry but I can stay quiet no longer...

With the surfacing of HR 45 and S.773 and Congress' collective under the radar Black Ops, it is time I do my part as a free American.

We all need to wake up and do something about our eroding rights and violations of the Constitution. Even if you disagree with me, do your research, find out about what your elected officials are doing in Washington! Come to your own conclusions. Don't let a politician from either party tell you what to think.

If you read a piece of propsed legislation and it brings questions to your mind, explore every avenue for answers and somewhere in the middle of the two sides lies the truth! BUT... Let it be your truth not something that has been smoothed over by some charasmatic speaker from Washington.

Put your elected officials on notice:

You are not going to sit back and take it anymore. You are not going to let them take the power and trust with which you have enabled them to destroy our country as we know it by betraying that trust. Voice your thoughts with them. They all have email addresses & websites, etc.

Remember, the next round of elections is in 2010. I don't care what party they are from or with which party you align yourself.

VOTE THEM ALL OUT!

"Change" "Change" The Obama Mantra

TO ALL MY FRIENDS....LIBERAL OR CONSERVATIVE...FYI only.

George Bush has been in office for 7 1/2 years. The first six the economy was fine.


A little over one year ago:
1) Consumer confidence stood at a 2 1/2 year high;
2) Regular gasoline sold for $2.19 a gallon;
3) the unemployment rate was 4.5%.
4) the DOW JONES hit a record high--14,000 +
5) American's were buying new cars,taking cruises, vacations overseas, living large!...

But American's wanted 'CHANGE'! So, in 2006 they voted in a Democratic Congress and yes--we got 'CHANGE' all right. In the PAST YEAR:


1) Consumer confidence has plummeted ;
2) Gasoline is now over $4 a gallon & climbing!;
3) Unemployment is up to 5.5% (a 10% increase);
4) Americans have seen their home equity drop by
$12 TRILLION
DOLLARS and prices still dropping;
5) 1% of American homes are in foreclosure.
6) as I write, THE DOW is pr obing anoth er low~~

$2.5 TRILLION DOLLARS HAS EVAPORATED FROM THEIR STOCKS, BONDS & MUTUAL FUNDS INVESTMENT PORTFOLIOS!

YES, IN 2006 AMERICA VOTED FOR CHANGE...AND WE SURE GOT IT! ....

REMEMBER THE PRESIDENT HAS NO CONTROL OVER ANY OF THESE ISSUES, ONLY CONGRESS.

AND WHAT HAS CONGRESS DONE IN THE LAST TWO YEARS, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

NOW THE DEMOCRATIC CANDIDATE FOR PRESIDENT CLAIMS HE IS GOING TO REALLY GIVE US CHANGE ALONG WITH A DEMOCRATIC CONGRESS!!!!

JUST HOW MUCH MORE 'CHANGE' DO YOU THINK YOU CAN STAND?

First things first...

No Mr. Kerry, you are what makes America sick. God forbid a Republican asks a democrat for an apology. Lets not go there Mr. Kerry. Shame on you! Your spin did not work in 2004 and it will not work now!

Didn't you vote for the war? Shouldn't you have done your homework? This is just like you when something doesn't look good in the liberal media in front of the American public. Take the road you think is popular with the American public.

Geez, you are truly amazing. You don't have two faces, you have hundreds! You are despicable and if I may partially quote you:

"If you make the most of it and you study hard and do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart you can do well." If you don't, you vote John Kerry into office.

Nuff said.

Bad Ass Marine

Just a little humor to brighten up your day!!

BAD ASS MARINE A United States Marine was attending some college courses between assignments. He had completed missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. One of the courses had a professor who was an avowed atheist and a member of the ACLU. One day the professor shocked the class when he came in. He looked to the ceiling and flatly stated, "God, if you are real, then I want you to knock me off this platform. I'll give you exactly 15 minutes." The lecture room fell silent. You could hear a pin drop. Ten minutes went by and the professor proclaimed, "Here I am God. I'm still waiting." It got downto the last couple of minutes when the Marine got out of his chair, wentup to the professor, and cold-cocked him knocking him off the platform. The professor was out cold. The Marine went back to his seat and sat there, silently. The other students were shocked and stunned and sat there looking on in silence. The professor eventually came to, noticeably shaken, looked at the Marine and asked, "What the hell is the matter with you? Why did you do that?" The Marine calmly replied, "God was too busy today protecting America's soldiers who are protecting your right to say stupid shit and act like an asshole. ..............So, He sent me."
