John Kerry

First things first...

No Mr. Kerry, you are what makes America sick. God forbid a Republican asks a democrat for an apology. Lets not go there Mr. Kerry. Shame on you! Your spin did not work in 2004 and it will not work now!

Didn't you vote for the war? Shouldn't you have done your homework? This is just like you when something doesn't look good in the liberal media in front of the American public. Take the road you think is popular with the American public.

Geez, you are truly amazing. You don't have two faces, you have hundreds! You are despicable and if I may partially quote you:

"If you make the most of it and you study hard and do your homework, and you make an effort to be smart you can do well." If you don't, you vote John Kerry into office.

Nuff said.

Bad Ass Marine

Just a little humor to brighten up your day!!

BAD ASS MARINE A United States Marine was attending some college courses between assignments. He had completed missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. One of the courses had a professor who was an avowed atheist and a member of the ACLU. One day the professor shocked the class when he came in. He looked to the ceiling and flatly stated, "God, if you are real, then I want you to knock me off this platform. I'll give you exactly 15 minutes." The lecture room fell silent. You could hear a pin drop. Ten minutes went by and the professor proclaimed, "Here I am God. I'm still waiting." It got downto the last couple of minutes when the Marine got out of his chair, wentup to the professor, and cold-cocked him knocking him off the platform. The professor was out cold. The Marine went back to his seat and sat there, silently. The other students were shocked and stunned and sat there looking on in silence. The professor eventually came to, noticeably shaken, looked at the Marine and asked, "What the hell is the matter with you? Why did you do that?" The Marine calmly replied, "God was too busy today protecting America's soldiers who are protecting your right to say stupid shit and act like an asshole. ..............So, He sent me."

Thank you tour brave troops protecting our freedoms we take for granted!

Stay low and keep your powder dry!!!!

Too little too late or just what he needed?

Democratic Gubernatorial candidate Jim Davis of Florida recently apologized to two African American men who were wrongly convicted of murder.

Freddie Pitts and Wilbert Lee spent 12 years in jail for a murder they did not commit. Davis was one of those who were influential in seeing that in 1990, these two men did not get any compensation amounting at that time to $250,000. According to a Miami Herald Column, Davis faced an uphill battle in his campaign.

"Throughout, Davis maintained he cast his vote in 1990 because there wasn't enough ''evidence'' to justify giving each man $250,000. Another man had confessed to the 1963 murders at the Mo-Jo gas station in Port St. Joe, and the two men were then pardoned by Gov. Reubin Askew."

He blames his decision on his experience as a "Young Lawyer;" looking at the the case "technically."

Where are all the news outlets condemning him? If a republican candidate had done this, it would be shouted from the highest mountain. Sorry, no mountains in Florida.

Do we remember just weeks ago, Republican Senator George Allen from Virginia made an alleged racial comment that really paled in comparison to what Hillary or Joe Biden said. Geez, why are the Democrats so protected by the media?

In Solemn Remembrance

As I sit at the computer, I can hear the names of those lost on 9/11/2001 being read aloud amidst a backdrop of stoic violins. My television, a 52" widescreen is not within sight, however, I do not know if I want to see the family members of those who perished that day reading the three thousand plus names. But... Something is preventing me from changing the channel.

Maybe it is because I feel a connection to those Firefighters and Police Officers that perished while selflessly putting themselves in jeopardy to save the lives of others. Why, you ask? Well because I am a Police Officer and my brother is a New York City firefighter. I stood in front of "The Pile" a few days after the carnage. A very uneasy feeling came over me at that time which I will never forget as long as I live. How I helped during those days pails in comparison to how the NYPD, PAPD, FDNY and scores of volunteers, both civilian and from agencies around the country helped.

Maybe it is because I grew up in Brooklyn and could see those two majestic buildings reaching towards the sky whenever I left the comforts of our modest home in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn. The sense of pride I felt whenever my gaze caught a glimpse of the buildings is beyond what any words can portray on this page. The World Trade Center buildings were just two more things that gave me great pride for the city in which I lived.

One thing many citizens of this country do not realize is that the brave Firefighters and Police saved many more than three thousand people that day. That for the most part goes unnoticed. I submit to you that this is a testament to the bravery and dedication of those who served that day.

I saw firsthand how the citizens of New York stood behind the Police and made it a point to wave and thank those who wear the badge. When I saw this support, It bothered me in a strange way. I felt genuinely good about it but also remained modest; thinking, why are you shaking my hand and thanking me? This is what I do. While I felt the gratitude of those who approached me, I felt as though it was disingenuous. Why did it take such a tragedy to make you realize what we do? While we patrol our streets every day getting shot at, spit on, injured, and killed by putting ourselves between you the citizenry and those who prey on you. We do not do our jobs for glory. We do it because it is our job and we do not expect anything in return. I am not trying to cheapen the gratitude of the citizens, I know we are appreciated as Police Officers, Firefighters, etc. It is just something you do not see every day. We are Ordinary people doing extraordinary things.

You only see the Main Stream Media's slanted portrayal of Cops. Only when there is something to report that conjers a sense of drama are we in the news.

However, it was nice to see this country come together with a renewed Patriotism.

I digress.

I am deeply disturbed by how divisive we are as a country. More than ever before, we need to come together as Americans. We need to overcome those in this country who without any rationale, are willing to leave this country vulnerable to further attacks. It is time to suck it up and be willing to work with our government even if that entails giving up some individual freedom.

I am still angry about 9/11 and I think as Americans, we need constantly be reminded of the heinous acts perpetrated against us on that day.

Remember the ability for you and I to opine has been earned in blood. Freedom is not free. Please do not tread on the sacrifices of those who bravely fought for and died for our country and for those whose lives were needlessly taken in New York, Washington D.C., and a field in Pennsylvania.

God Bless this great country of ours. As with all things, one must take the bad with the good. We need to remain united against those who would like to harm us and take away our way of life for no other reason than we do not conform to their religion or cherish the freedoms we have.

Never Forget 9/11

The Chocolate Mayor Rides Again

Well, Well, the Chocolate Mayor is at his finest. Hey I'm not knocking having some pride in your city but this guy is incredible. When the good Mayor was asked about the progress in the big easy, he showed a reporter how al the streets have been cleared. The reporter, doing his job, asked about all the junk cars lining the roadways and also about a house that lay in ruin partially in the road. The Chocolate Mayor responded in true fashion. "You guys in New York City can't get a hole in the ground fixed; and it's five years later...So lets be fair."

Lets be fair? Comparing an act of terrorism to an act of God. Oh I'm sorry I have to be PC I actually mentioned God! Oh my, sorry to all you atheists out there. C'mon Mayor Choc - o - lat, what is next? You are alienating the very people you need to help you rebuild your sewer of a city.... us! The White, the Black and the otherwise. You cheapen the lives of the courageous citizens, firefighters, and Police that died that day! Comparing the devastation wrought by mother nature to an act of war. Oh wait a minute. There I go again. It was George Bush's fault, not an act of nature. Damn what was I thinking.

It is so easy for a Democrat to blame the President, a republican or any republican for that matter. All one has to do is make a call to a liberal rag mullet wrapper of a newspaper or call UltraLibs at CNN to get your message out there without any contrasting point of view.

You played the race card to get elected; running on standing up to whitey who didn't do anything for your city. NEWSFLASH Choc - o- lat, YOU didn't do anything for your city! But....in true fashion you polarize everything and played to the emotions of the unfortunate. You lack character and substance and you are an embarrassment to your constituents.

Mayor Choc - o - Lat, you would fit right in at a clan meeting wearing a white hood and robe. Your represent the epitome of racism and stupidity.

I guess it makes sense really. you have once again lowered your standards and the standards of your citizens and bark at us, the rest of the country, to accept those standards because...well because thats how it is.

LOSER!

Mayor Nagin

Can you really believe this guy? First it was "Chocolate City" now he claims that he is being targeted by those of us who are "white."

It seems that Mr. Nagin has hinted at the idea that whites, nationally are involved in a campaign to unseat him from office. Oh boy, there, someone threw the crutch out there again!

Lets create a racial issue out of the election in "Nawlins" Lousy-anna. Yes, lets forget what a pitiful job the fair Mayor did during the hurricane. Oh wait, I forgot, it was President Bush's fault that there was not real plan laid out by city and state officials. So I guess it would have to be Bush's fault as he is the next one in line.

Sorry Mr. Nagin you squeaked this one out. Seems somebody else; not ole whitey is trying to send a message to you! The good, hard working citizens of New Orleans deserve better than someone who claims everything that happens is racism. Coming from the biggest racist of all, YOU, that is truly rich!

You do more to hamper the progress of African Americans than anybody else. (With the exception of the Rev. Al Sharp-ton and Jesse (I'm a man of God but screwed around on my wife) Jackson.

Oh whatever I'm feeling sick

Immigration Issue

I think Teddy Roosevelt said it best!

Teddy had it right!!

Theodore Roosevelt's ideas on Immigrants and being an AMERICAN in 1907.

"In the first place, we should insist that if the immigrant who comes here in good faith becomes an American and assimilates himself to us, he shall be treated on an exact equality with everyone else, for it is an outrage to discriminate against any such man because of creed, or birthplace, or origin. But this is predicated upon the person's becoming in every facet an American, and nothing but an American...There can be no divided allegiance here. Any man who says he is an American, but something else also, isn't an American at all. We have room for but one flag, the American flag... We have room for but one language here, and that is the English language... and we have room for but one sole loyalty and that is a loyalty to the American people."

John Kerry Stopped by Police in Jacksonville

On any given weekend on the southside area of Jacksonville known as Mandarin, one can encounter cyclists cluttering the road, Mandarin Road that is.

The cyclists are supposed to stay in single file when riding but they do not. I have responded to many calls of this nature in that area which amounts to a big waste of police resources. Sometimes an officer has to respond from as far away as 10 miles. When an officer gets to the area of the complaint, the cyclists are gone. My point here is that motorists and cyclists need to work together. Manadrin Rd. is not as heavily traveled as some other roads in that area and is a beautiful, tree canopy lined stretch of winding road that is favored by cyclists. Once or twice a week is not a big thing. Have some patience people. Lets keep each other safe.

It's no wonder John Kerry wanted to do the cycle thing while he and wife Teresa were in the area raising funds. That stretch of road is beautiful. No doubt though, the funds are for a possible presidential bid in 2008. Oh stop it! You know that's what it is for! Well If I had my choice of Kerry or Clinton, it would be.............neither!

I think if I had stopped Mr. Kerry, I would have gotten his autograph......

ON A TRAFFIC CITATION!

Haha, just kidding. I probably would have debated him on some issues.

Rally For Rahman

What is this? Afghanistan is supposed to now be free. Hey I'm the farthest thing from a liberal. There is something terribly wrong with putting someone to death for believing in whatever religion they want.

I guess it is hard to see as we live in this wonderful country of so many freedoms. Cam Edwards and those who showed up for the rally in Washington should be commended for their efforts and standing up to the MSM Loopies.

Also check out the video of Cam Edwards telling it like it is. Video presented by "Age of Hooper (The)"

Guess this one ended up OK for Rahman.

Great Job Cam Edwards

Ridiculed for Patriotism

Had this forwarded to me in an email. Whether you agree with the war in Iraq or not, I think it reflects how a great majority of Americans feel. Love your country for all its good and bad. Remember those who have served and sacrificed to allow us the freedom to express ourselves in a forum such as this!

==============================================================
I Love This Comeback

One of my sons serves in the military. He is still stateside, here
in California.
He called me yesterday to let me know how warm and welcoming people have
been to him and his troops. Everywhere he goes, telling me how people would
shake their hands, and thank them for being willing to serve, and
fight for not only our own freedoms but so that others may have them also.

But he also told me about an incident in the grocery store where he stopped
yesterday on his way home from the base. He said that ahead of several
people in front of him stood a woman dressed in a burkha. He said when
she got to the cashier she loudly remarked about the U.S. Flag lapel pin
the cashier wore on her smock. The cashier reached up and touched the pin,
and said proudly," Yes, I always wear it and probably always will."

The woman in the burkha then asked the cashier when she was going to
stop bombing her countrymen, explaining that she was Iraqi. A gentleman
standing behind my son stepped forward, putting his arm around my son's
shoulders, and nodding towards my son, said in a calm and gentle voice
to the Iraqi woman:

"Lady, hundreds of thousands of men and women like this young man have
fought and died so that YOU could stand here, in MY country and accuse a
check-out cashier of bombing YOUR countrymen. It is my belief that had
you been this outspoken in YOUR own country, we wouldn't need to be
there today. But, hey, if you have now learned how to speak out so loudly
and clearly, I'll gladly buy you a ticket and pay your way back to Iraq so
you can straighten out the mess in YOUR country that you are obviously here
in MY country to avoid." Everyone within hearing distance cheered!

Armed Mexican Soldiers Enter the U.S.

I'm sure it is not the first time, but Mexican soldiers and police have made entry into the U.S. Yes you heard it right! Mexican soldiers and police are making incursions into the U.S. to protect drug shipments and who knows what else.

If not for our dedicated Law Enforcement officers and Border Patrol agents, there would be more drugs in the country. Mexican Army Humvees apparently entered the U.S. and in the end, pointed assault rifles at our Border Patrol agents.

Keep close tabs on this situation folks. If the Mexican Army and Police can waltz across our borders unannounced, just think how easy it will be for a terrorist that wants to bring harm to innocent Americans.

Ted Kennedy's Club Discriminated

When Ted Kennedy tried to chastise Supreme Court nominee Samuel Alito for his one-time membership in a group opposed to admitting more women and minorities to Princeton, the pot was calling the kettle black.

Sen. Kennedy still belongs to a social club for Harvard students and alumni that was thrown off campus nearly 20 years ago after refusing to allow female members, an investigation by the Washington Times reveals.

The book Ted Kennedy
doesn't want you to read -
Go Here Now.

According to the membership directory of the Owl Club, Kennedy updated his personal information as recently as September 7.

Ironically, the Owl Club, long reviled at Harvard as "sexist," was evicted from the campus in 1984 for violating federal anti-discrimination laws authored by Kennedy.

"It's a social club. It's like a fraternity."

But according to the Times, Harvard views organizations such as the Owl Club quite differently from fraternities and sororities, which are considered a form of housing and therefore are not coeducational.

Kennedy's hypocritical attack on Alito over his membership in CAP would come as no surprise to readers of the blockbuster new book "Do As I Say (Not As I Do): Profiles in Liberal Hypocrisy" by bestselling author Peter Schweizer.

In his book Schweizer discloses that while Kennedy has fought for the estate tax and spoken out against tax shelters, he has repeatedly benefited from an intricate web of trusts and private foundations that have shielded most of his family's fortune from the IRS.

One Kennedy family trust wasn't even set up in the U.S., but in Fiji.

Schweizer also reveals that while Kennedy has championed the development of alternate energy sources, he opposed a plan to build a wind-power generating facility to provide clean, cheap power to Cape Cod.

The reason: The wind turbines would be positioned off the coast from the Kennedy compound in Hyannis, in one of the family's favorite yachting and sailing areas.

Schweizer's "Do As I Say" has been touted as a must-read by Rush Limbaugh, Bill O'Reilly, Ann Coulter and many others. Check out NewsMax's FREE offer for this book -- Go Here Now.

HIllary Clinton & Harry Belafonte

Hillary Clinton will be doing a little fundraising with Harry Belafonte.

Is this her way of keeping herself in the forefront of the news? Mr. Belafonte recently expressed his support for Venezuelan strongman Hugo Chavez. He also called President Bush "world’s greatest terrorist.” The last time I checked, I don't think I saw Chavez on our best friends list.

I guess washed up singers and actors need to find some way to draw attention to themselves. Hillary Clinton appearing with these left wing radicals only shows her true colors. By standing with Belafonte, she makes it known that she is not out to help this country but only herself. I will not go so far as to say that Belafonte and his washups are committing Treason but....giving aid to an enemy is in fact treason isn't it?

Well Mr. Belafonte, Danny Glover, Hillary Clinton and your group of left wing washups, go live in Venezuela. If you can big a big shot there then so be it...good riddance!

America does not support your idiotic outlandish views of the world. It only seems that way because of the liberal pandering drama creating media. As far as Hillary is concerned she is the biggest unethical carsalesman I have ever seen.

Police Search Divides Justices

The Supreme Court heard arguments relating to the 4th amendment. Do police officers have to knock and announce their presence when they arrive at your house with a search warrant?

This issue is nothing new to the justices of the Supreme Court. They have made many rulings over the years in regard to this issue. As it stands, and someone please correct me if I am wrong, the police must first knock and announce their presence at a residence. They must then wait a "reasonable" amount of time to allow the resident therein to answer the door. A recent case from Detroit is being argued because it is alleged that the police deviated from this. The argument in this case is that even though the police blundered when they just entered the residence in question, the illegal narcotics they found should not be surpressed from evidence.

Previous rulings also state that if the police think that evidence is or may be destroyed, they may make entry (exigent circumstances exception). A judge also has the authority to issue a "no knock" warrant. (Some States) In a ruling from a couple of years ago, the suspect was in his shower when the police arrived with their warrant. They knocked, announced and when they received no response, they made entry into the home. They ultimately found the suspect in his shower where he could not have possibly heard the knocking and announcing. The ruling of the Appeals court was reversed saying that the police acted properly. (U.S. V Banks)

Justice O'Conner was again the potential swing vote in this current case. She was leaning toward ruling against the police. This is a critical issue as we are witnessing confirmation hearings for Judge Alito. If the rule of Law is followed, the court may find in favor of the Petitioner in this case (Hudson V Michigan 04-1360)

As a Police Officer, the thought of announcing my presence and waiting for a response alarms me. Why do I need to put myself needlessly in jeopardy of injury or death to wait for a suspect to arm himself in anticipation of my entry into his residence. Additionally, if I am at the point where I have a search warrant in hand, the suspect's goose is generally cooked. It is not entirely simple to obtain a search warrant. Do we have to knock and announce to allow the suspect to get rid of evidence of a crime they are committing or have committed or to arm themselves to commit acts of violence against the police?

Contrary to popular belief, the police are not out there to be injured or killed. They are in a dangerous position however; protecting your rights to be free from criminals and their violent acts against society.

I believe strongly in the rule of law. It is that foundation on which our country is built. The danger is that liberal thinking continues to protect those committing the crimes and further serves to victimize those whom the crimes have been perpetrated against.

Whatever the outcome, it is one on which we will have to pattern our behavior.

U.S. Domestic terror plot foiled by Italian authorities

Three Algerians have been arrested in Italy for plotting a series of major attacks inside the U.S. The Italian Authorities used wiretaps much like those authorized in this country.

So why then are we not hearing about this? This story was apparently widely publicized throughout Europe but virtually not reported in the U.S. One of the only newspapers that published the AP story was the Philadelphia Inquirer. They put it on page A6 under the headline, "Italy Charges 3 Algerians." However, they left out of the article the fact that the information was obtained via wiretaps.

There seems to be a common denominator here. This information would bolster the use of wiretaps against terrorists. Therefore, that would reflect positively on President Bush. The fact that the story was largely not followed in this country leads me to believe that the left wing media is rearing their ugly collective head. Can you imagine a story that supported the President and his efforts to keep us safe from fanatic terrorist attacks? This is why wiretaps work. I am not afraid of the government listening to my phone calls. I have nothing to hide because I am not a terrorist and I am not planning to blow anything up. Don't let the fanatical liberals convince you that the government is going to run rampant. They are not actually going to care about that which you are gossiping about with your friends. Lets face it, If they are listening to you in the first place, you have done something to draw the attention and you deserve a second look.
